This is an opportunity to lead a complex manufacturing operation, taking responsibility for operational performance, developing an established leadership team and driving a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead a multidisciplinary management team across Operations, Maintenance, Health & Safety, Environmental, HR and Finance, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and delivers against business objectives.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where success will be measured not only by operational performance, but by your ability to develop people, strengthen leadership capability and build a high-performing culture.
You'll be responsible for driving continuous improvement across the site, supporting strategic business objectives and creating an environment where people take ownership, work collaboratively and deliver consistently high standards.
Key Responsibilities
