Responsibilities / Duties;
- Develop established Health & Safety programmes, prevention of accident & injury.
- Promote and develop staff H&S responsibilities and performances.
- Assist in promoting site health & safety goals.
- Framework agreements, Staff & Management meetings, Safety Risk Assessment programs.
- Compliance inspections, Review PPE effectiveness and follow up.
- Accident Investigations and follow up.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have:
- Relevant Health and Safety qualifications
- NEBOSH Diploma desirable
- Previous experience working in Health and Safety
- Working knowledge of CDM would be an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and IT skills.
