Our client is a growing and technically advanced manufacturing business and is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations across a complex assembly and manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role within a business entering a significant growth phase. You'll play a key role in shaping production processes, improving operational performance and building a manufacturing function capable of supporting future expansion. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production activities
- Create and adapt production schedules
- Lead and develop production teams
- Implement KPIs and operational metrics
- Improve productivity, workflow and manufacturing efficiency
- Support inventory and material availability
- Work closely with engineering, supply chain and quality teams
- Drive continuous improvement activities across the shop floor
