A large and complex manufacturing site near Grangemouth is looking to recruit a Graduate Process Engineer to join its engineering and improvement team. This role offers the chance to gain broad exposure across a high-volume manufacturing operation where no two projects are the same. One week you could be supporting environmental improvement initiatives, the next improving equipment performance, reducing waste, supporting process optimisation projects, or contributing towards site safety and operational efficiency improvements.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical or Chemical Engineering graduate who wants genuine hands-on manufacturing experience within a fast-paced and technically interesting environment.

You will work closely with production, maintenance, quality and engineering teams to analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and help deliver measurable improvements across the site.

- Support process and improvement projects across manufacturing operations

- Assist with root cause investigations and problem solving

What We're Looking For
- Degree or Masters in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Interest in manufacturing, process improvement or engineering projects
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Motivated and eager to learn within a large manufacturing environment
- Internship, placement year or manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
