We're recruiting for a Technical Specialist to join a well-established manufacturing business supplying bespoke solutions to a wide range of well-known brands.
This is a varied role where you'll become the technical expert for the business, working closely with customers, suppliers, production and internal technical teams to deliver innovative solutions and support new product development.
The Role
- Manage projects from customer brief through to launch.
- Provide technical advice on products, materials and packaging solutions.
- Support new product introductions and packaging developments.
- Work closely with customers to understand technical requirements.
- Coordinate packaging trials and product approvals.
- Liaise with suppliers, production and technical teams.
- Support product specifications and technical documentation.
- Travel between UK manufacturing sites to support the wider business.

You'll ideally have experience working with customers, suppliers and production teams, along with a good understanding of packaging materials and manufacturing processes.
