Job Description
This is a great opportunity for an Engineering Maintenance Supervisor role on a dayshift position within a growing manufacturing business based in Falkirk.
\nThe Role:

- Provide engineering advice and coaching where necessary. \n
- Manage and/or participate in manufacturing improvement project teams \n
- Lead a small team of engineers within proactive and reactive maintenance in a fast paced manufacturing environment \n
- This is a hands on role within the engineering function \n
The Candidate:
\n- \n
- Must be a good communicator \n
- Detailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing equipment \n
- Recognised apprenticeship qualification or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline \n
- Understanding of the contribution Engineering can make to the achievement of Manufacturing KPIs \n
- Manufacturing background required \n
- Must be or have been an electrical engineer with hands on experience within manufacturing \n
