Salary: 50,719 per annum (inclusive of shift allowance)
Working Hours: Continental 4 on 4 off rotational days and nights
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on production equipment to ensure minimal downtime
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks to maintain equipment reliability
- Accurately document all repairs and maintenance activities in the appropriate logbooks and reports
- Efficiently manage spare parts to prevent wastage and ensure availability
- Support and supervise apprentices and trainees to ensure high-quality work standards
- Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Engineering teams to address issues and identify improvements
- Assist with equipment modifications and improvement projects
- Ensure machine checks and calibrations are completed to specification
- Follow work instructions, maintenance operating procedures (MOPs), and safety protocols
- Promote and contribute to 5S and continuous improvement activities
- Proactively maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all Health & Safety regulations
Skills & Experience Required:
- Recognised Electrical qualification is essential
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance processes
- Effective problem-solving skills
- High levels of motivation, resilience, and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Additional Information:
This role requires flexibility to work rotational day and night shifts as part of a continental 4 on 4 off pattern. Occasional additional duties may be assigned in line with operational requirements.
