We are recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to oversee a large-scale, continuous process operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing plant operations, people, and performance across a 24/7 environment. You will ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production while driving continuous improvement and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage shift teams in a high-volume process environment
- Promote and enforce a strong safety-first culture
- Ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and productivity targets are met
- Coordinate plant activities including maintenance, breakdown response, and inspections
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes
- Manage and develop direct reports, including performance and training plans
