We are currently recruiting for Production Operators to join a busy and well-established manufacturing operation working continental shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing or production experience who are looking for long-term opportunities, structured training, and strong earning potential through shift allowances.

Shift Pattern

  • Continental shifts
  • 12 hour shifts
  • Split across 7 day shifts and 5 night shifts
  • Working 2 weekends out of every 4
  • 25% shift allowance included

The Role

You will be responsible for operating and monitoring industrial production equipment while ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and to tight quality tolerances. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written SOPs and production processes accurately.

Duties Include

  • Operating industrial machinery and production equipment
  • Measuring materials using tape measures and digital verniers
  • Cutting materials using wet and dry industrial saws
  • Grinding using industrial grinders
  • Bonding and cement mixing applications
  • Using bonding lamps to cure materials
  • Recording production information accurately
  • Supporting 5S and housekeeping standards
  • Following health & safety procedures at all times

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience
  • Experience working shifts
  • Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work accurately to very tight tolerances
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow written SOPs and instructions
  • Basic IT skills
  • Experience within 5S environments preferred

Training can be provided for the right individual with the right attitude and transferable experience.
