Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to provide technical expertise and support the efficient performance of engineering assets within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This on shift and is commutable from Stirling, Falkirk, Livingston, Glasgow areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and recommend improvements.
- Diagnose faults and complete breakdown repairs quickly to minimise downtime.
- Analyse downtime, line efficiency and waste data to identify improvements.
- Work safely and maintain required factory hygiene standards.
- Complete maintenance records, reports and line log books.
- Use technical manuals and mechanical drawings to identify equipment and replacement parts.
- Support manufacturing teams and operate machinery where required.
What We're Looking For:
- City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and processes.
- Experience with continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
