Source and manage clients seeking to buy, sell, or rent residential properties Conduct professional property viewings, advising on layouts, amenities, communities, and lifestyle benefits Provide accurate guidance on pricing, market trends, and investment potential Negotiate sales and tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations Prepare and manage offers, contracts, and tenancy documentation Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, investors, and fellow brokers Stay informed on new launches, handovers, and secondary market activities Deliver a high standard of customer service to secure repeat business and referrals
