Manage clients seeking to invest in Dubai
Conduct professional investment advice on ROI
Provide accurate guidance on pricing, market trends, and investment potential
Negotiate ensuring compliance with RERA regulations
Prepare and manage offers, contracts and documentation
Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, and fellow brokers
Stay informed on new launches, handovers, and secondary market activities
Deliver a high standard of customer service to secure repeat business and referrals
