You thrive when it comes to training your teams and your ability to coach is next level. Of course you’ll naturally be a secret compliance geek and love keeping all admin up to date. You are meticulous with your financials and understand labour controls. You have a keen eye for sales opportunities and don’t like to leave money on the table.
