The Role

As Clinic Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong team performance and smooth operational management.

You will work closely with the clinic owners to achieve business goals while maintaining the highest standards throughout the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and support the clinic team.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.
  • Train, mentor and develop staff.
  • Manage staff rotas, holidays and daily scheduling.
  • Promote a positive, professional and supportive working environment.
  • Address performance concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Client Experience
  • Ensure every client receives an outstanding luxury experience.
  • Resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and encourage positive reviews.
  • Maintain high standards of communication before, during and after appointments.
  • Ensure reception standards are consistently exceptional.
  • Business Performance
  • Drive clinic revenue and achieve monthly targets.
  • Maximise diary utilisation and reduce gaps and cancellations.
  • Support treatment package and skincare sales.

• Monitor KPIs including

  • Revenue

  • New client numbers
  • Operations
  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately.
  • Maintain excellent organisation of client records and clinic systems.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders when required.
  • Ensure compliance with all clinic policies and procedures.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the clinic.
  • Marketing & Growth
  • Support local marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with clinic events and promotions.
  • Encourage social media content from the team.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the business and improve client experience.
  • Previous experience managing a clinic, salon, medical practice or similar customer-focused business.
