As our Events Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting our events to deliver a seamless experience for our guests, collaborating with other departments as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support events: Follow up with clients on any post contracted information required. Complete function sheets, table plans, place cards and create BEOs on Delphi to guest requirements, ensuring every detail aligns with guest expectations and is maintained to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all event bookings and enquiries.
- Manage day-of event operations, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and on schedule.
- Ensure all stakeholders have the relevant information in due time such as the menu requirements and dietaries to the Head Chef and the table plans to the Restaurant and Bar team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and a seamless event delivery: Collaborate and work closely with the Silverstone sales team and corporate events team, communicating with them on a daily basis to ensure all event details are accurate and cross checked against the operational teams.
- Work with the Silverstone finance team to ensure all relevant coding and costs are accurate.
- Work with the Head Chef to ensure menu information is up to date and relevant.
- Anticipate guests needs where possible to enhance the quality of their experience and positively promote sales to increase revenue.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or any other lifestyle/distinctive brand is desirable.
- Previous experience in a sales, events or conference and banqueting coordination role.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of the Delphi system is desirable.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
- Competent in using IT systems and software including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues.
