The Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Digital Marketing and Content Lead to manage and scale an e-commerce platform we are launching alongside our other offerings mentioned above. This will include paid and organic marketing campaigns across Instagram, Google, Facebook, and email.
As head of our digital marketing spend, you will be responsible for creating and optimising campaigns for our two business units – hospitality real estate and our e-commerce platform. Experience in the automotive, luxury e-commerce and hospitality industries is a strong plus whilst experience managing ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is essential.
Duties & Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and grow brand presence across existing platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter).
Plan, create, schedule, and publish content (posts, stories, reels, ads).
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics monthly.
Content Design & Creation
Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and branded materials using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
Collaborate on campaign concepts and marketing calendars.
Co-ordinate with external photographers and videographers to help develop creative assets
Digital Marketing
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
Support broader digital marketing initiatives including blog posts, monthly email campaigns, SEO, and lead generation efforts.
Monitor and optimize Google Ads and Search Console performance
Track campaign performance (ROAS, conversion rates)
E-commerce Management
Support and manage promotions through our Shopify platform using apps and integrations
Update and manage product listings
Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information including pricing, descriptions, and images.
Optimize product categorisation, tags, and search filters for discoverability.
Skills Required
Experience running TikTok, Instagram, and Google paid ad and organic campaigns
Experience working on Shopify
Experience creating photo and video assets
Solid understanding of organic content and trend-based marketing
Strong copywriting or willingness to learn using AI tools
Familiar with Mailchimp/Klaviyo email flows and Google Search Console
Analytical mindset with focus on ROAS and conversion
What we offer
A competitive base salary, with performance based compensation, and comprehensive benefits. Base Salary Range: £50,000 – £60,000
Dynamic professional environment within an entrepreneurial organization working alongside a growing international and diverse team. Whilst we will consider fully remote applications, preference will be given to candidates within close proximity to motorsport valley in the UK due to the number of events and activations within that geography.
