We partner with clients to shape brand strategy and optimise brand and campaign performance.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our healthcare team. You will successfully run a range of client accounts, setting up projects and managing them within scope, schedule and cost with clients, the H&P team and suppliers. You are the central point for client delivery, working in close partnership with account teams and clients, driving best practice, job profitability, strong processes and efficiency, including managing outsourcing relationships with suppliers.

You work directly with clients throughout all stages of the project lifecycle to deliver project success using H&P operational and commercial strategies. You operate in a matrix environment and report to a Project Director while also having a dotted line into the account team you are embedded within.

We are looking for proactive, positive solutions-oriented people who have a determination to drive growth and deliver change for our clients and within H&P. We are open to a variety of professional backgrounds and need someone who can deliver across a broad spectrum of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Client Builder: Building valuable relationships with clients by anticipating and addressing project needs, negotiating on costing, timings and deliverables as they change.
  • Business Developer: Driving business growth with commercial acumen, proactively managing living SOWs and supporting financial processes.
  • Expert in craft: Driving seamless project delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle, managing timelines and implementing best practices.
  • Team Player: Managing the day-to-day running of projects, building strong working relationships with team members and suppliers/vendors.
  • Role model: Embodying H&P Values to build meaning for our clients and people.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a client-facing project management role, preferably in a healthcare market research environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
  • Able to prioritise and deliver outstanding quality on time.
  • Strong relationship building and management skills.
  • Highly motivated and driven, with a hunger to learn and grow.
  • Expert critical-thinking skills and ability to come to leaders with solutions.
  • Able to travel occasionally as the job requires.
