The Role

We are seeking a mid-level Market Researcher to join our EMEA Automotive team. This role suits a commercially minded researcher who thrives in a fast-paced agency setting and enjoys partnering with high-profile clients. You will contribute to project design, delivery, and insight storytelling, and will take ownership of individual projects with support from experienced colleagues. Prior automotive research experience is not required, but a clear interest in the sector and future mobility is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support end-to-end research projects, from proposal to delivery
  • Design and execute quantitative and/or qualitative research studies
  • Analyse data and turn findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Develop compelling, client-ready narratives and deliverables
  • Present insights confidently to clients
  • Build strong client and internal stakeholder relationships
  • Collaborate on multi-method projects, integrating qualitative and quantitative insights
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and project logistics

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in market research (agency preferred; client-side considered)
  • Expertise in quantitative or qualitative methods; multi-method experience is a plus
  • Moderation experience desirable for qualitative specialists
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent ability to translate data into clear narratives
  • Confident presenting to demanding clients
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects
