You will be part of an international consultancy team, combining cultural insight from markets around the world to shape products for our client and its global users.

From day one, you'll play an active role on live client work — this is not a back-room role. • Clean, process, and quality-check language-based datasets
  • Review and interpret consumer responses, identifying data integrity issues
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to uncover both the what and the why behind consumer behaviour
  • Carry out desk research into technology, UX, and cultural trends in the Korean market
  • Insight & reporting
    • Translate data into clear, compelling insights and trends
    • Contribute to professional, client-ready outputs in a range of formats, working closely with senior consultants
    • Support lead consultants and the broader account team in nurturing client relationships
    • Develop confident presentation skills, including co-presenting insights to clients
    • Participate actively in team discussions, workshops, and client meetings

    What you’ll bring

    • Fluent written and spoken Korean and English
    • Strong numerical literacy, including high proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data functions)
    • A genuine interest in technology, UX, and digital culture
    • Strong online empathy and communication skills, with the ability to connect meaningfully with Korean communities
    • Clear, confident written and verbal communication
    • Energy, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn and grow

    Nice to have

    • Proficiency in Google Sheets

    Why this role

    • Build foundational consulting skills in research, insight, and storytelling
