The Role
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Primary School Sports Coaches to deliver engaging, fun, and inclusive PE sessions in our partner schools. You will become a valued part of each school’s team, making a real difference in the lives of the children you coach.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering fun, high-quality PE lessons and extra-curricular activities.
- Creating inclusive, child-focused sessions that encourage confidence and skill development.
- Supporting school staff with PE delivery and planning.
- Running active holiday camps during school breaks.
- Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and school staff.
- Attending team meetings and CPD training.
- Completing admin and reports efficiently and accurately.
Who We’re Looking For
We want people who are passionate about working with children and love the idea of making sport accessible and enjoyable for all.
You’ll Need To Be:
- Positive, energetic and a great communicator.
- Experienced in delivering PE in primary schools (2+ years experience).
- Organised, reliable and confident working independently.
- Able to adapt and think on your feet.
- Passionate about inspiring children to lead active, healthy lives.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Knowledge of the PE National Curriculum.
- Experience supporting school staff with PE planning.
- IT skills for reporting and planning.
Essential Requirements
- NGB Level 2 Qualification (or equivalent)
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Safeguarding Qualification
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Experience delivering PE in a school setting
All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
