Plan and implement age-appropriate recreational and social activities for participants. Plan and facilitate safety procedures for the skateboarding participants. Provide opportunities for children to be challenged physically, cognitively and emotionally in a positive supporting environment by using effective program planning methods. Responsible for recording daily program attendance. Assist in the set-up, delivery and clean-up of program areas. Actively participate in training, planning sessions, and program evaluation. Be an active participant in the planning and implementation of programs. Ensure program safety and supervision of participants at all times by strictly following guidelines and procedures. Maintain supplies, program equipment and facility.

Individuals who are enthusiastic, energetic with creative program planning skills. Genuine interest in working with children between the ages of 6-18 years. Strong leadership and programming skills. Experience working or volunteering with children and/or youth. Strong time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of skateboard safety procedures. Able to lift and arrange equipment (up to 80 lbs.) in designated spots ensuring participants' safety. CPR/First Aid and High Five Certification or willing to obtain certification prior to employment. Valid Ontario driver's license or F class is an asset. Legally eligible to work in Canada.
