Esbenshade’s is hiring Seasonal Garden Center Retail Associates to support multiple departments including:
- Nursery
- Perennials
- Greenhouse

What You’ll Do
- Assisting customers with plant selection and product questions
- Watering, stocking, and maintaining plant displays
- Caring for nursery, perennial, and greenhouse inventory
- Merchandising and restocking garden center products
- Operating a register and providing friendly checkout service
- Loading soil, mulch, and plant materials for customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
- Ability to lift 25–50lbs regularly
- Availability on Saturdays (required)
- Plant knowledge is a plus — but we’re happy to train motivated team members!
