Typical Duties and Responsibilities
- General buildings upkeep and fabric maintenance.
- Accountable for providing full planned maintenance, breakdown and repair to all site facilities.
- Also assisting with first line maintenance of fixtures and fittings, examples: tightening screws on window hinges, maintenance on door handles, re-hanging doors and other minor building repairs.
Plumbing: un-blocking sinks, traps and waste pipes.
Preferred Skills
- Apprentice trained; time served with a minimum Level 3 qualification.
- Ability to prioritise and problem solve.
- Health and safety awareness.
- The ability to be self-motivated and flexible.
