Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • General buildings upkeep and fabric maintenance.
  • Accountable for providing full planned maintenance, breakdown and repair to all site facilities.
  • Also assisting with first line maintenance of fixtures and fittings, examples: tightening screws on window hinges, maintenance on door handles, re-hanging doors and other minor building repairs.

Plumbing: un-blocking sinks, traps and waste pipes.

Preferred Skills

  • Apprentice trained; time served with a minimum Level 3 qualification.
  • Ability to prioritise and problem solve.
  • Health and safety awareness.
  • The ability to be self-motivated and flexible.
