As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in keeping a fully automated site running smoothly. Working as part of a skilled maintenance team, you’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of automated systems, including:
- Conveyor networks, pallet/tote cranes, lifts, and transfer cars
- Sophisticated warehouse management and control systems
You’ll be empowered to make decisions, prioritise work effectively, and collaborate across departments to keep downtime to a minimum and performance to a maximum.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified: Time-served apprentice with a minimum Level 3. Applicants must hold qualifications in both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
- Experienced: Proven maintenance experience in an automated and fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working at height and physically fit for a large site
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Strong fault-finding, problem-solving and continuous improvement focus
Desirable Extras
- Automation systems experience
- Risk assessments, CI initiatives, and planning
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools
Shift Pattern
Panama shift: 3-2-2 rotating days and nights, Monday–Sunday
