You will lead a shift engineering team, stay hands-on with maintenance and drive reliability to improve production performance.
You’ll mentor engineers, coordinate planned maintenance and fault-find across electrical, mechanical and control systems, while upholding Health & Safety, Food Safety and GMP standards on site.
