What you'll be doing:
- Responding to breakdowns and getting production back up and running quickly and safely.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to maximise equipment reliability.
- Diagnosing faults and implementing long-term solutions to prevent repeat issues.
- Supporting continuous improvement projects and helping drive site performance.
- Working closely with production and engineering colleagues to maintain high standards across the site.
- Contributing ideas that improve safety, efficiency, and reliability.
