What you'll be doing:

  • Responding to breakdowns and getting production back up and running quickly and safely.
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance to maximise equipment reliability.
  • Diagnosing faults and implementing long-term solutions to prevent repeat issues.
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects and helping drive site performance.
  • Working closely with production and engineering colleagues to maintain high standards across the site.
  • Contributing ideas that improve safety, efficiency, and reliability.
