As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by installing, maintaining, and repairing welding and cutting equipment. Beyond technical service, you will act as a trusted partner, identifying opportunities, supporting sales, and contributing to continuous improvement.
What you’ll do:
- Install, commission, and repair equipment at customer sites
- Perform preventive maintenance, safety checks, and evaluations
- Support the sales team with technical expertise and advice
- Document service visits and report non-conformities
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities
Projects & digital tools:
- Use digital platforms to enhance diagnostics and reporting
- Support the implementation of remote services and new tools
- Contribute to service process improvements and technical feedback
What we’re looking for:
- Education: Technical diploma or degree (mechanical, electrical, or related field)
- Experience: 5+ years in technical services for industrial equipment
- Skills: Solid technical knowledge, customer focus, and communication skills
- Languages: English (additional European language knowledge is a plus)
- Desirable: Frequent regional travel; valid driver’s license
