You will play a key role in executing ESAB’s European growth strategy while ensuring strong customer relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and profit growth in the assigned region
- Execute the ESAB EU Cutting growth strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and direct customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Develop and implement regional sales and territory plans
- Utilize sales tools and processes (Value Selling, CRM, Power BI)
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Provide regular feedback and insights to sales leadership
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Ensure compliance with ESAB policies, values, and safety standards
- Promote and drive a strong safety culture
- Manage time and territory effectively
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales of capital goods (preferably welding/cutting industry)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong technical understanding and ability to present solutions
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and close deals
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with distributors and key account management
- Ability to identify and realize growth opportunities
- Fluent English + local language
- Valid driving license
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%)
- Good IT skills (MS Office, CRM, reporting tools)
