As an Area Sales Manager (Cutting), you will be responsible for driving sales performance and market share growth across your assigned region. You will play a key role in executing ESAB’s European growth strategy while ensuring strong customer relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience.
- 5+ years of experience in sales of capital goods (preferably welding/cutting industry)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong technical understanding and ability to present solutions
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and close deals
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with distributors and key account management
- Ability to identify and realize growth opportunities
- Fluent English + local language
- Valid driving license
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%)
- Good IT skills (MS Office, CRM, reporting tools)
