Provide support in daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing, payment processing, and basic reconciliations.
Assist in daily accounting tasks including data entry and filing.
Prepare and process invoices, debit notes, credit notes and payment vouchers.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
Perform basic bank and petty cash reconciliations.
Support monthly closing activities and reports.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on payment matters.
Prepare sales agreement for existing and new projects.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Finance Manager.
