ESA Engineering invites an experienced Project & Construction Manager (client side) to lead complex design and build projects from planning through handover. You will coordinate design teams, contractors and stakeholders across RIBA Stages 3–5, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met.
The role requires 5+ years’ PM experience in consultancy or similar environments, familiarity with JCT forms, BIM platforms, and scheduling tools.
