Are you experienced with CNC machinery and have a passion for precision engineering? Do you want to play a key role in creating architectural facades that shape London’s skyline? Gladious Ltd is growing fast — and we’re looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator (Press Brake Operator) to join our factory team in Little Hadham.
Your Role
- Operate CNC machinery (press brake, laser cutter, turret punch, etc.)
- Read CAD/engineering drawings and program machines accordingly
- Monitor production, perform quality checks, and make necessary adjustments
- Handle materials safely and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Maintain, clean, and inspect machinery and equipment
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient factory floor
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience operating CNC machinery
- Skilled in reading technical drawings and using precision tools
- Physically fit and comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on tasks
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work early starts, late finishes, and occasional Saturdays
- Must have reliable transport to Little Hadham
- Forklift license and first aid certificate are a plus
