We are seeking a dedicated and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team, providing exceptional front-of-house support and administrative assistance. What you’ll be doing: * Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, handling telephone and in-person queries with professionalism and warmth. * Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. * Managing correspondence and maintaining accurate records using administrative systems. * Supporting the school team with organisational tasks and assisting with day-to-day office duties. * Ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception area that reflects the school’s values.
