We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to become a key part of our busy tipper fleet. If you have a solid understanding of commercial driving and basic mechanical know-how, we want to hear from you! This role plays a vital part in the safe and efficient transport of goods and requires someone who takes pride in doing the job right.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Safely operate lorries in line with all current road laws and regulations
  • Carry out thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and readiness
  • Load and unload materials securely and efficiently
  • Keep accurate records of journeys, fuel usage, and delivery documentation
  • Work closely with dispatch and the wider team to ensure smooth delivery schedules
  • Carry out minor vehicle maintenance and report issues promptly
  • Follow company health, safety, and environmental procedures

What We’re Looking For

  • A valid commercial driving licence (CPC) with a clean driving record
  • Must have Land Fill experience
  • Mechanical awareness to troubleshoot minor issues on the road
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think on your feet
  • Strong time management and the ability to work to tight schedules
  • Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
  • Previous experience in a similar role is ideal but not essential
