Freight Forwarder - Birmingham

Position Overview: Our client is seeking a Freight Forwarder to handle air, sea, and road export operations with a strong focus on service excellence. Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end forwarding activities including quotes, clearances, and invoicing. * Maintain compliance with SOPs, HMRC, IATA and security regulations. * Handle customs entries and month-end reporting. * Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers. * Update systems (Next Gen/MS Office) and manage costs effectively. What you’ll bring: * Previous freight forwarding and operational experience. * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Understanding of financial impact in logistics. * Knowledge of air, sea, and road export operations.
