Position Overview: Our client is looking for a Facilities Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the day-to-day running of facilities, H&S, security, and sustainability at their UK HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise repairs, maintenance, and monitor office security.
  • Support Health & Safety tasks (DSE assessments, risk audits).
  • Process purchase orders and manage budgets through SAP.
  • Liaise with contractors and facilities suppliers.
  • Support carbon reduction projects and Net Zero commitments.
  • Maintain facilities systems (Visio, BMS, Avigilon).
  • Assist in property management and tenancy matters for expats.
  • Help manage outsourced teams (catering, cleaning, security).

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong facilities experience and organisational skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP and understanding of BMS systems (preferred).
  • IOSH or NEBOSH (desirable but not essential).
  • Proactive, self-starting mindset and strong communication skills.
