Position Overview: Our client is looking for a Facilities Coordinator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support the day-to-day running of facilities, H&S, security, and sustainability at their UK HQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise repairs, maintenance, and monitor office security.
- Support Health & Safety tasks (DSE assessments, risk audits).
- Process purchase orders and manage budgets through SAP.
- Liaise with contractors and facilities suppliers.
- Support carbon reduction projects and Net Zero commitments.
- Maintain facilities systems (Visio, BMS, Avigilon).
- Assist in property management and tenancy matters for expats.
- Help manage outsourced teams (catering, cleaning, security).
What you’ll bring:
- Strong facilities experience and organisational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP and understanding of BMS systems (preferred).
- IOSH or NEBOSH (desirable but not essential).
- Proactive, self-starting mindset and strong communication skills.
