An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
ERP Implementation Project Manager to support the successful completion of a business-wide ERP rollout within a manufacturing environment.
Working closely with senior management, internal stakeholders and the ERP software provider, you will lead the final implementation phases, coordinate system upgrades and ensure departments are fully prepared for successful adoption across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the remaining ERP implementation across multiple business functions, ensuring agreed project milestones and go-live dates are achieved.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops and technical support activities with the ERP software provider, internal teams and external IT partners.
- Produce regular project updates for senior management, including progress reports, resource planning and project completion forecasts.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, standard operating procedures and best practice guidance to support successful system adoption.
- Gather user feedback, prioritise system improvements and manage implementation of agreed changes with the ERP software provider.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ERP Implementation.
- Project Management experience.
- Experience with EFACS ERP software desirable but not essential.
