We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a major defence programme based in Devonport. This role will lead the delivery of complex engineering projects within a highly regulated environment, ensuring successful outcomes across safety, programme, commercial and stakeholder objectives.
This position would suit a Senior Project Manager with an engineering background and proven experience delivering projects within nuclear or defence sectors. It will appeal to someone who is confident managing complex programmes, leading multi-disciplinary teams and operating within secure, safety-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring alignment with scope, cost and programme targets
- Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams within a secure environment
- Oversee project budgets, risk management and commercial performance
- Coordinate engineering, planning and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
- Ensure compliance with defence and nuclear regulatory standards and security requirements
In return you’ll receive a salary of £80k with hybrid working (3 days per week onsite in Devonport). Expenses are available for those travelling.
Please note: Due to the nature of the project, applicants must be British Nationals and hold active SC Clearance.
