This Bid Manager role is responsible for leading the full tendering and bid submission process within a fast-paced engineering and manufacturing environment. Working closely with commercial, engineering, and delivery teams, you will coordinate high-quality, compliant, and commercially competitive proposals whilst driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth.
- Coordinate with engineering, commercial, and project delivery teams to produce high-quality proposals.
- Review technical and commercial compliance to ensure competitive and profitable submissions.
- Confident working across Technical, Commercial and Delivery teams.
Contract – OUTSIDE IR35 LTD available (subject to CEST test / IR35 assessment). Monday – Thursday, Full Time.
