An established engineering and manufacturing organisation is seeking a Quality & Environmental Coordinator to support the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects. The role focuses on managing project quality documentation, inspection records, handover packs and environmental reporting, ensuring all submissions meet strict client, contractual and compliance requirements within regulated project environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project quality deliverables, ensuring all documentation is issued accurately and in line with contractual deadlines.
- Developing and maintaining Manufacturing Inspection & Test Plans (MITPs/ITPs) and coordinating inspection requirements with internal teams and suppliers.
- Compiling and controlling quality records, material certification, traceability documentation and final handover packs.
- Supporting audits, NCR closure activities and client documentation reviews to ensure project compliance.
- Monitoring and reporting environmental data, supporting continuous improvement and sustainability objectives across the project.
Proven experience in Quality for an Engineering, Manufacturing, Rail or Infrastructure business is required, along with experience working with ITPs, NCRs, NDT records, and quality plans. Excellent document control skills are essential.
Permanent, Full Time. Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 37 hours per week. Must be eligible for Security Clearance.
