You'll support the build of world‑class staging systems, coordinate team activities, interpret technical drawings, solve problems on the fly, and uphold the highest safety and quality standards. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone who's hungry to take on more responsibility and progress within staging construction management.

- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and maintain an efficient workflow
- Act as a key communication link between crew and wider production teams
- Interpret technical drawings and staging designs
- Help keep builds on schedule through strong organisation and problem‑solving
- Assist in incident reporting and safety investigations
- Ensure the safe installation and removal of all temporary structures
- Maintain crew wellbeing and uphold ES Global's welfare and conduct expectations
HEALTH & SAFETY — ALWAYS FIRST
You will:
- Champion safe working practices at every stage
- Monitor compliance and address risks immediately
- Lead by example with correct PPE
- Ensure your team know emergency procedures and site hazards
- Stay alert to crew wellbeing — physical and mental
- Support incident investigations with the Staging Construction Manager and Site Coordinators
WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong experience in stage construction, live events or construction environments
- Leadership experience — you know how to get the best from a team
- Ability to read & interpret technical plans and schedules
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A calm, confident approach in fast‑paced situations
- Solid organisational abilities with strong attention to detail
- A proactive, team‑centred mindset
Required tickets:
- IOSH Working Safely
Strongly preferred:
- SSSTS (CITB)
- Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day)

This role is fully site‑based and involves:
- Working across UK and global project locations
- Indoor and outdoor builds
- Fast‑moving, physically demanding environments
- Travel as required
- No two days are the same — and that's exactly why our team love what they do.
OUR EXPECTATIONS
We expect all team members to:
- Lead with professionalism, integrity and respect
- Follow all ES Global policies and site rules
- Maintain high standards of safety, conduct and punctuality
- Stay calm under pressure
- Work inclusively alongside diverse crews and cultures
- Report hazards immediately
- Uphold confidentiality and client NDAs
