As an Administrator you will support the Service Delivery Management team with the day to day running of the account by performing administrative tasks according to set policies and procedures. Act as a point of contact for internal queries and where appropriate enquiries from the client. Build and actively maintain relationships with key department heads. Work closely with the administration team, and Service Delivery Manager.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Administer the joiners, movers and leaver process, including:
- Maintain records of members of the account, including clearance and compliance with pre-medical and drug testing
- Schedule and hold account inductions
- Provision of phones, pagers and fuel cards
- Application for network accounts
- Transfer of IT Assets
- Maintain the account organisational charts including the one published on the customer’s portal
- Track financial savings
- Process and track security vetting applications
- Process visit requests and carry out requests to schedule meetings, escort visitors and any related logistics requests such as taking minutes
- Deliver the induction session to small groups of new starters
- Work with the administration team and CSI Lead to identify process improvements
- Track spent against Blanket Purchase Orders
- Collate and sense-check data for monthly service review. Take and distribute minutes
- Build an effective working relationship with customers working with key stakeholders
- Act as cover for the other administrative functions on the accounts
Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Excellent organisational skills, able to take a methodical approach. SC security clearance is highly desirable but not essential.
