About Us
Eryri National Park Authority (ENPA) protects the natural beauty, wildlife, and cultural heritage of Eryri National Park. Covering 823 square miles, the park is home to the highest mountain in Wales, the largest natural lake in Wales, and over 26,000 people.
We are now looking for an Administrative Assistant to the Chair and Management Team to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week. Welsh language skills are essential for the job. Please read the job description for the exact level required for this job role.

The Role
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-quality, flexible administrative support to the Chair, Chief Executive and Leadership Team across the Authority. Working at the heart of the organisation, you will help co-ordinate busy diaries and organise internal and external meetings, ensuring agendas, papers and records are prepared accurately and actions are followed through. You will support meetings end-to-end, including arranging translation services, virtual access and refreshments, while also formatting and editing correspondence, reports and documents to a high standard in both Welsh and English.
Additionally, you will:
- Support travel and accommodation arrangements
- Assist with visits involving ministers, partners and international exchanges
- Monitor shared inboxes and route enquiries or draft responses as appropriate
- Contribute to project support and audit preparation work
About You
To be considered as an Administrative Assistant, you will need:
- The ability to communicate in Welsh and English
- Experience of dealing with general inquiries from members of the public
- Excellent word processing skills
- Good organisational and communication skills
- An NVQ Level 3/4 in business admin or similar, or equivalent experience in a busy office
