Fel Swyddog Pobl Ifanc, byddwch yn arwain datblygiad ein Maniffesto Ieuenctid a rhaglenni ieuenctid presennol eraill, er mwyn sicrhau ein bod yn ymgysylltu'n llwyddiannus phobl ifanc. Bydd ein Maniffesto Ieuenctid yn grymuso pobl 9 - 24 oed i ddylanwadu ar bolisiau hinsawdd, natur a diwylliannol lleol. Gan weithio mewn partneriaeth staff ENPA a phartneriaid allanol, byddwch yn chwilio'n weithredol am gyfleoedd newydd i ymgysylltu phobl ifanc ym mhob agwedd ar ein gwaith ac yn eu datblygu. Byddwch yn arwain ac yn datblygu ein Cynllun Ceidwaid Ifanc, gan oruchwylio gwaith recriwtio a hyrwyddo wrth sicrhau bod yr holl ofynion iechyd a diogelwch yn cael eu bodloni. Yn ogystal, byddwch yn datblygu cysylltiadau gwasanaethau ieuenctid awdurdodau lleol, sefydliadau ieuenctid y trydydd sector, cynlluniau achredu a grwpiau perthnasol eraill i nodi'r ffyrdd mwyaf effeithiol o ymgysylltu phobl ifanc.
