Fel Cynghorydd Ffermio Bro, byddwch yn cydlynu cyflawniad llwyddiannus rhaglen Ffermio Bro, gan weithio gyda ffermwyr lleol a phobl sy'n ymwneud â'r economi leol i gefnogi ein gwaith amddiffyn a rheoli. Gan ymgysylltu â ffermwyr, byddwch yn cydlynu prosiectau a ariennir sydd wedi'u cynnig gyda ffermwyr ac yn cefnogi blaenoriaethau lleol, adfer natur a bioamrywiaeth. Byddwch yn sicrhau y gall tirfeddianwyr gael mynediad at gyllid, eu bod yn cael eu cefnogi gyda cheisiadau, a bod eu gweithgareddau'n cael eu monitro.
