From repair and refurbishment to full asset management and bespoke process solutions, you’ll help customers make informed decisions that keep their operations running at peak performance.

About the Role:

  • Coordination of inbound and outbound shipments to and from the UK, ensuring correct documentation is available for freight forwarders, checking invoices, HS classification, Inco terms.
  • Completion of internal import documents log to support compliance requirements of ERIKS UK for submission to HMRC.
  • Carry out internal supplier returns, ensuring ERP system reflects accurately.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing and formatting quotations, gaining price and delivery information from core suppliers.
  • Raise purchase requisitions in ERP system.
  • Liaise with warehouse/logistics on stock and returns.
  • Conduct regular reviews of stock adjustments and stock locations to verify compliance and accuracy with standard operating procedures, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.

Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:

  • Able to communicate effectively with internal staff and suppliers.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word.
  • Able to work as part of a team or individually, maintaining focus on tasks.
