ERT is seeking an experienced C-Suite Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level strategic and administrative support to ERT's top executives. Will act as a gatekeeper and business partner by managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, preparing confidential communications and presentations, overseeing projects, and serving as a liaison with board members and senior staff, all while maintaining discretion and operating proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Ability to write and edit a variety of internal and external communications
- Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in a government contracting environment is a plus
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Special Security Agreement (SSA) documentation support experience desired, but not required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent
Location: This position will be on site at ERT's corporate office in Tysons Corner Monday – Thursday. Friday may be worked remotely or in office as desired.
Compensation: The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000/year. This range is a good faith estimate based on similar roles across the organization. ERT uses several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the position's scope and expected duties, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
