ERSOU are seeking a highly organised and proactive Support Services Administrator to join our Support Services team. The successful candidate will be working as part of a dispersed team of 6 and will undertake a wide range of administrative duties to support the Organisation.
The general duties and responsibilities of each administrator will include planning, organising and administering day to day activities in the department. No two days are the same. The main daily activities will be:
- Building management
- Purchasing and procurement
- Organising learning and development activities
- Booking travel and accommodation for operational teams
- Deliveries between sites
