The Role: You will be working as part of a team and duties will include ensuring the cleanliness of all catering related areas and kitchen equipment (use of industrial pot wash machine) to the standard of quality measures of Erskine. You will operate to safe working practices with due regard to Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations, COSHH, Control of Infection and waste disposal. You will be responsible for unloading and putting away stock, serving food, beverages and assisting in the production of food when required. The post‑holder will have continuing responsibility for supporting the provision of a high‑quality catering service to residents, staff and visitors in Erskine at all times.
- 28.75 hours per week, 5 over 7 days (Various shifts between 7.00am and 7.00pm)
- Grade 1 Salary £19,545 - £19,594 per annum (£13.07 - £13.11 per hour - pay award pending)
