At Erskine, we work as a dedicated team to ensure that Veterans of all ages are cared for to the highest of standards in a beautiful, fun-filled environment, made up of two care homes and a Veterans Village of cottages, activities centre and apartments.
The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Award-Winning Fundraising and Communications Team as an Events Fundraising Officer. We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, outgoing individual with hands on experience of organising and coordinating charity events. Based in the Erskine Veterans Village, Bishopton nr. Glasgow, the post holder will ensure Erskine achieve fundraising targets and develop long-term, sustainable relationships with private and corporate supporters through a variety of fundraising and awareness raising activities to achieve its charitable aims. Erskine must raise over £10 million in voluntary income per year and this role plays an important part in achieving that goal.
Supporting the Events & Sponsorship Manager, the post holder will project manage outdoor and social events such as; The Erskine Burns Supper & Ceilidh, Charity partnership with The Ideal Hom.
